• Actively seeks new logo customers to drive new sales of products relating to the market insights vertical of HotStats
• Unlock new customer types across the hotel industry and connected parties such as financial institutions, operators, governments, suppliers and others.
• Maintains strong relationships with Americas customers to keep up to date with industry requirements and ensure satisfaction with service and product
• Deliver thought-leading industry presentations and represent the company at various forums around the world to display the products and data to wide audiences
• Support the benchmarking vertical from time to time where required
• Write occasional thought-leadership articles to support marketing efforts and increase visibility of the brand
• Share knowledge and experience with colleagues to drive awareness and support skill development of wider team
