As Director of Hotel Intelligence for the Americas, you'll be the subject matter authority on profit benchmarking and USALI, partnering with Duetto's sales teams to bring the combined power of Duetto and HotStats to hotels, resorts, and casinos across the region.

What You'll Be Doing

  • You'll serve as the primary subject matter expert on hotel P&L benchmarking, USALI, and profit intelligence across all sales and marketing activity in the Americas — the person in the room who makes the data make sense to a CFO.
  • You'll deliver technically grounded product demonstrations and executive presentations that connect HotStats benchmarking with Duetto revenue optimisation, building a unified value narrative that resonates with finance and revenue leaders alike.
  • You'll identify and articulate operational and financial gaps within prospect and client organisations, positioning the combined Duetto and HotStats suite as the path to measurable performance improvement.
  • You'll partner with Duetto's Enterprise and Casino sales teams to surface HotStats opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to joint pursuit strategies for new logos across the region.
  • You'll collaborate with Marketing to develop regionally relevant content, campaigns, and thought leadership that build pipeline and strengthen brand authority in the Americas.
  • You'll maintain accurate CRM records across pipeline activity, client interactions, and deal progression — and feed structured market insights back to Sales, Product, and Marketing to sharpen GTM strategy and positioning.

What We're Looking For

You may be a good fit if you have:

  • A background in hotel finance combined with 6+ years of go-to-market experience in sales, solutions engineering, or pre-sales within hospitality technology or a closely adjacent industry
  • Deep knowledge of hotel financial operations: P&L structure, cost benchmarking, and USALI
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver technical product demonstrations and executive-level presentations with equal confidence
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles and influencing executive decision-makers including CFOs and ownership groups
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30%, including internationally

Strong candidates may also have:

  • Prior experience in a Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or technical sales role within hospitality technology
  • A background in hotel finance or revenue operations within a hotel group or management company
  • Familiarity with revenue management systems, profit benchmarking platforms, or BI tools in a hospitality context
  • Knowledge of the Duetto platform or HotStats product suite
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
