Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients, fostering trust and building long-term partnerships.
- Analyze campaign performance data to make proactive recommendations and help clients improve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CPM.
- Stay updated on product developments and educate clients about new features, alpha/beta opportunities, and industry changes.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding clients' evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Ops teams to troubleshoot technical issues and influence the evolution of our technology stack.
Required Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success within Ad Tech, SaaS, or a Digital Agency environment.
- Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and various pricing models.
- Proficiency in navigating dashboards and Excel, with the ability to derive stories and solutions from data.
- Exceptional presentation skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to both CMOs and developers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment like the Ad Tech industry.
