Required:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
Relevant Exp: 3+ Years
Experience in Admin, Configuration & Development related activities in ServiceNow - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Knowledge Management, Asset management, CMDB, Service Requests, SLM & Virtual Agent.
Experience on non-ITSM modules e.g., ITOM, ITBM, HRSD & CSM.
Certified ServiceNow Administrator is a must.
Familiarity with SQL, HTML and CSS.
Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities with the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization.
Working on UI Actions / UI policy / Access Control Lists, etc.
Developing ESS page- Content Management.
Writing various Server-side scripts using Script Includes.
Used ACL’s for controlling the security mechanism in Service Now.
Exposure To SOAP and REST API integration.
Exposure to SNOW Integration with Monitoring Solutions.
Experience in ServiceNow Discovery configuration and data management.
Develops the technical solutions, implements them and performs the component integration tests. Understand the business needs and the needs to standardize processes and build this into the design.
Work on platform upgrades.
Collaborate with various cross functional teams to define and determine integration requirements.
