We’re looking for a Head of Range who wants to change how the retail industry plans and executes Ranging strategies. It’s a chance to revolutionise how the biggest retailers in the world use data and science to put Customers at the heart of their product offer. Leading a multifunctional team at dunnhumby working directly with some of the most iconic retailers in the world.

Joining our team, you’ll work with world class and passionate people to define dunnhumbys future Range & Display propositions. You will work directly with dunnhumbys largest client as an agent for change in both the retailer’s organisation and within dunnhumby. You will engage across the C suite of many global retailers and be a major voice of thought leadership in the industry.

We are looking for individuals that wants to challenge global retailers to make a change. Our ideal candidate will thrive in environments where they are engaging at the most senior levels in a Retail organization and managing conflicting opinions. They will work within ambiguity to drive both short term value and long term strategic intent.

What you’ll be working on

  • Future of Ranging planning and execution in Retail
  • Working with 3rd parties to develop world class automation and technology to empower store specific ranging
  • Designing science, technology and processes to improve speed, impact and efficiency of decision making
  • Leading C suite within retailers and dunnhumby into new ways of working
  • Challenge status quo and vision of retailers and dunnhumby in order to bring about transformational growth
