We are looking for talented Senior End User Engineers responsible for providing 3rd line support to all queries passed on from the support Bar analysts and pioneer new technology to the business through the support bar. To develop and deploy new technologies to the business keeping the end user at the heart of the technology we deploy.
Required Skills
- High proficiency with Office 365 platform management; Office 365
- CASB management and policy controls
- Defender Policy management and controls ASR & Secure score controls
- CVE management and controls
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Exchange Online
- Modern device management & BYOD Intune & SCCM Cloud co-management
- Benchmarking and CIS image build version controls
- Cloud VDI solutions such as Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365
- Nerdio cloud management exposure and controls
- Base level Exchange server on-premises and Exchange server online
- Managing on-premises\cloud platforms for patching, software packaging and deployments
- Scripting and automating with Azure PowerShell and Power Automate
- Terraform for managing Infrastructure-as-code
- Serverless, containerization and orchestration services
- CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
- Experienced with configuring and administering monitoring platforms
- Microsoft Windows Server and associated roles such as Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, ADFS, Security, PKI, DNS, DHCP, etc
- Good understanding of networking, load balancing, clustering and firewalls on Azure Virtual Desktop
- Level 3 understanding of and troubleshooting Wireshark 7 Fiddler for advanced troubleshooting
- Exposure of managing cloud proxy technologies and change controls
- Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment via Service management controls
- Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with an ability to extract, translate and communicate meaningful information at all levels CEO, CISO, Leadership
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
