Insights Sales Associate

We’re looking for a Insights Sales Associate to develop business opportunities, deliver your sales targets and support your team to contribute to current and future fast-paced revenue growth targets. Within your portfolio, target new logos and cross-sells, upsells and renewals to existing business to increase the reach and coverage of dunnhumby solutions.

Key Accountabilties

  • Achieve sales targets and all commercial KPIs for a set of small clients within specified category/categories
  • Build and maintain pipeline of clients for SaaS sales across dunnhumby’s capability areas (eg insights, assortment, promotions, attitudinal research)
  • Proactivity in generating sales lead through various channels including LinkedIn, new business e-mail outreach & utilising existing contacts
  • Deliver the full B2B sales cycle through Lead Generation, Discovery, Qualification, Pitching, Negotiation and Close for your own set of clients, with support from team lead
  • Forecast sales and ensure relevant systems reflect these, with support from team lead
  • Build close working relationship with Client Success counterparts in order to ensure optimum customer satisfaction and commercial performance
  • Supporting the wider sales team in sales conversions through building sales collateral, co-ordinating key stakeholders & proactive thought leadership
  • Maintain all required skills & complete necessary training and act in line with our values and Code of Business.

What we expect from you

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any subject
  • B2B sales, preferably SaaS
  • Understanding of the Retail/CPG industry.
  • Relevant work experience
