Retail Media Account Manager

dunnhumby is looking for a talented Retail Media Account Manager You will assist and lead our Retail Media business with clients (both supplier and retail) to support the most relevant client engagement strategies/solutions to grow retailer loyalty and build brand value and loyalty.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Media planning – Develop annual communication roadmap for key Tesco suppliers (clients) and execute integrated instore, digital and personalized/targeted campaigns.
  • Sales activity – Sell planned activities to clients within your categories in order to deliver yearly budget goals.
  • Client advisory – Act as a trusted media advisor by using dunnhumby insights to ensure recommended media plans support Tesco customer strategies and build brand/customer value.
  • Client management – Build strong client relationships and demonstrate the ability to influence supplier/retailer decision making with respect to marketing and media programs.
  • Campaign management – End-to-end management of instore and digital media campaigns from campaign planning to execution in stores.
  • Collaboration - Collaborate with internal and external teams. Work closely with immediate and wider media/insight teams to develop and execute best in class plans.
  • Data led decisions – Clear understanding of the performance and trends of assigned categories, confident usage of internal reporting and analysis tools and ability to explain campaign evaluations and main KPIs to Clients to support strategic decisions.

Who You'll Be Working With

In this role you’ll work with world class and passionate people using cutting-edge techniques on projects that will have both short and long-term impact. You’ll work along with a media planning team, a media operations team and an analytical team. Externally you’ll work with clients via email, over the phone and in person; you’ll also have contact with external agencies and sales/marketing supplier contacts.

What you'll need: [Essential]

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any related subject.
  • Native Hungarian and fluent English
  • Knowledge of media channels
  • Consultative selling skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft office programmes

A plus if you also have: [Desirable]

  • Experience in media planning / brand marketing / client management / sales on supplier or agency side
  • Knowledge of retail instore and digital promotions
  • Data analysis and insight interpretation skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills and ability to manage a number of workstreams simultaneously
  • Pipeline management
  • Creative development skills
