dunnhumby Norway AS is a joint venture between Coop Norge Handel AS and dunnhumby ltd. Based on the Customer First principle, we deliver customer insight and data-driven marketing for Coop and its suppliers. dunnhumby Norway has 40 employees in Norway and 15 employees in India.
We’re looking for a Senior Research Lead to own, develop and deliver the Coop Member panel in close collaboration with Coop
The Coop Medlemspanel is one of Norway’s largest research panels with over 70,000 active members. The panel combines attitudinal and behavioural to help Coop and suppliers understand the ‘why behind the buy’ while also giving Coop’s Members an active voice with Coop.
This is an exciting opportunity to further develop your research, analytical and consulting skills working with a unique data set, whilst also helping shape the future of the panel. In the role you will have accountability for the management and delivery of the Medlemspanel work plan, leading every aspect from survey targeting and questionnaire development to data analysis and delivery of the final reports. You will work hand-in-hand with the Coop owner of the Medlemspanel, supporting the operational running of the panel and act as a trusted advisor to Coop.
You will be required to have a strong understanding of research techniques and processes, using analytical expertise to draw upon dunnhumby’s different data sets to deliver integrated attitudinal & behavioural insight in a compelling and actionable way, whilst at the same time being a strong team player and relationship builder.
At dunnhumby, you will work in a world-leading retail data science company with specialist expertise in customer data, research, category management, customer communications and media. You will experience being part of a large international network, but at the same time work closely with Coop in a dynamic environment with opportunities to experiment and learn.
Who are you?
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing or Research
- Have a recognised qualification in Market Research
- Have experience working with Market Research preferably within the Retail industry
- Have strong analytical skills being able to work hands-on with data and turning this into insight and recommendations
- Are structured, result-oriented and aware of responsibility
- Are curious and solutions oriented and not afraid to challenge established truths
- Are a collaborative team player with ability to proactively lead and drive projects and initiatives
- Are fluent and have good written skills in both Norwegian and English.
