We’re looking for a Senior Media Insight Planning Lead who will be joining as a Senior Client Partner who expects more from their career. It’s a chance to extend and improve dunnhumby’s Media Team. It’s an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to explore new opportunities for us and influence global retailers.

 

Joining our team, you’ll work with world class and passionate people to develop Retail Media in the Hungarian market. You will own a portfolio of key FMCG accounts, taking a consultative approach to providing Retail Media solutions to drive both performance and brand solutions for advertisers. You will provide thought leadership and strategy to further accelerate the growth of Retail Media budgets, driving long-term sustainable commercial growth for Tesco Media.

 

What you’ll be working on                                                                

  • Ownership of quarterly and yearly revenue goals, pipeline management and growth strategy for key FMCG advertising partners.
  • A large and extensive network of relationships across both client & media agencies.
  • Own coverage, reporting and key relationship management for FMCG clients.
  • Create an integrated (trade & online & brand) and compelling advertising plan supporting clients’ objectives and agreeing on the measurable value we will deliver.
  • Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations, demonstrating a deep understanding of the market, leveraging market trends, customer insights, campaign analysis and performance.
  • Proactively develop strategic insights, identifying opportunities for growth alongside providing in-depth analysis on performance through Quarterly Business Reviews and Joint Business Plans.
  • Work closely with account management, strategic planning and new business sales teams.
  • Drive and build collaboration between the retailer and their suppliers/CPGs.
  • Passionately advocate and model the delivery of first-class customer service to your client base, holding yourself to the highest standards.
  • Drive deeper partnership engagement through scaled coverage across key stakeholders (Shopper, Brand, Digital, Media, Commerce & Loyalty teams).
  • Maintain a deep understanding and expertise of Tesco Media products and roadmap.
  • Be confident challenging client strategy to maximise the role Tesco Media plays in delivering meaningful business outcomes.
  • Be a key evangelist of Retail Media thought leadership across your client portfolio and industry events.

 

What we expect from you

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any subject
  • Native Hungarian
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in media sales either within retail media, advertising agencies and/or online advertising.
  • Passion for Retail Media and Tesco Media products and services.
  • Extensive knowledge of brand & performance marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and own client contact networks, with strong existing relationships with senior marketing executives.
  • Proven track record developing a strong sales pipeline, forecasting accurately and exceeding commercial targets within a rapidly growing business.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated and highly goal-oriented in order exceed targets.
  • Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable in fast-paced environments.
  • A consultative style with the ability to understand clients’ business needs and position solutions in a timely and personalised way.
  • Strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving company and be adaptable to change.
  • A team player with the ability to collaborate with internal departments and teams.
