We’re looking for a talented Partnerships Activation Executive who expects more from their career. It’s a chance to extend and improve dunnhumby and Tesco Retail Media and an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to explore new opportunities for us and influence global retailers.
Working in the partnerships team, the Activation Executive is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who specialises in the delivery of campaigns with Tesco Media’s Offsite partners. The Activation Executive will develop a deep understanding of all Tesco Media & Insights partners (ITV, C4, Sky, The Trade Desk, Pinterest and Meta) and will become an expert at developing targeting strategies which the UKs leading FMCG advertisers can use in their activation. Central to this role will be to lead the creation of audience targeting strategies to meet with briefs. You will be responsible for working with our media partners to deliver campaigns and focus on crafting a measurement narrative for our key clients. Successful candidates will enjoy audience creation, working in a collaborative manner with some of the largest media-owners in the UK and analysing campaign performance.
What you'll be working on

- Maintain best in class brief response across our partners, creating and executing audience targeting strategies to meet client campaign objectives
- Serve as the primary point of contact between our partners and clients providing expert advice on audience targeting, data insights and campaign optimisation
- Maintain close collaboration with internal cross-teams to ensure seamless and consistent execution of audience plans
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and success
- Monitor and interpret audience data and campaign performance metrics. Provide data-driven recommendations and work closely with clients to provide context and expertise for all measurement requests
- Review post campaign analysis reports and working closely with internal teams, craft a narrative for media performance
What we expect from you
- Experience working in the advertising industry either in media sales / retail media, and/or media agency
- Strong ability Excel and PowerPoint, especially in managing complex data-sets and insights
- Interest in the rapidly growing area of Retail Media
- Passion in audience creation
- Able to interpret and understand client briefs and translate into audience strategy
- Collaborative working approach
- Ability to analyse data, spot trends and simplify
- A consultative style with the ability to understand clients’ business needs and position solutions in a timely and personalised way
- Ability to work in a fast-moving company and be adaptable to change
