We are seeking a talented Lead Engineers who will design and deliver high-quality software solutions, contribute to system architecture, and uphold engineering excellence. Your technical expertise, leadership skills, and ability to drive results will be key to the success of our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust .NET Core solutions within a microservices architecture, adhering to compliance, security, and quality standards.
- Implement best practices for coding, CI/CD, and DevOps, ensuring a balance between delivery timelines and technical excellence.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide actionable feedback, and drive innovation through continuous improvement.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, enhancing their skills and productivity.
- Collaborate with product managers and architects to define technical roadmaps and solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
Technical Expertise
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and associated frameworks.
- In-depth understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and system architecture.
- Expertise with relational databases like SQL and PostgreSQL. Additional knowledge of BigQuery, Redis, and Elasticsearch is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with microservices and event-driven architectures using tools like RabbitMQ and Google Pub/Sub.
- Proficient in containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Cloud & DevOps
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably GCP or Azure) for scalable, cloud-native applications.
- Skilled in DevOps tools such as GitLab CI/CD for streamlined development pipelines.
Software Development Practices
- Solid grasp of distributed systems, testing strategies, and secure coding practices using tools like SonarQube and Checkmarx.
- Experience with observability tools like New Relic for monitoring and performance optimization.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Leadership & Domain Knowledge
- Proven ability to lead teams, motivate engineers, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Familiarity with AdTech or Retail domains is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in a product company is highly desirable.
