We’re looking for a Client Lead who expects more from their career to join our Shopper Insights team. The role being recruited is based in Budaörs, Hungary. Our commercial team work with a wide range of FMCG clients; using insights based on sales and customer data. In this role you will own and develop the client relationship to deliver recognizable value and achieve revenue targets. You’ll be working with clients at all different levels including sales, trade marketing and marketing professionals
What you'll be doing:
- Owns the commercial relationship with assigned clients and executes a client relationship strategy to ensure ongoing retention and growth
- Builds and nurtures strong client relationships and demonstrates a good understanding of the client organisation, their strategies and objectives
- Uses insights, analysis and consultancy to create client presentations that provide insights and solutions to client issues
- Delivers against revenue targets for the assigned clients and identifies future revenue opportunities
- Delivers training sessions on dunnhumby products and solutions as required
- Collaborates with local and CE colleagues
What we expect from you
- Minimum 2-3 years experience of working in FMCG category management / Retail / consultancy in customer insight
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any related subject
- Native Hungarian and fluent English
- Client relationship building and management
- Strong analytical skills
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- Consultative selling, Influencing & negotiating skills
