We’re looking for a Senior Client Lead who expects more from their career. It’s a chance to become a trusted partner to key clients, building relationships to define and deliver upon their strategic needs. Our commercial team work with a leading grocery retailer and a wide range of their FMCG suppliers. In this role you will develop insights based on customer data to improve the shopping experience, whilst developing client relationships and use consultative selling techniques to achieve revenue targets. You’ll be working with a wide range of retailer and supplier stakeholders at all different levels including sales, trade marketing, category management and marketing professionals.
What you'll be doing:
- Owns the commercial relationship with assigned clients and executes a client relationship strategy to ensure ongoing retention and growth
- Builds and nurtures strong client relationships and demonstrates a good understanding of the client organisation, their strategies and objectives
- Uses insights, analysis and consultancy to create client presentations that provide insights and solutions to client issues
- Delivers against revenue targets for the assigned clients and identifies future revenue opportunities
- Delivers training sessions on dunnhumby products and solutions as required
- Collaborates with local and CE colleagues
What you'll need: [Essential]
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any related subject
- Client relationship building and management
- Strong analytical skills
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- A commercial mindset
- Native Czech/Slovak and fluent English
A plus if you also have: [Desirable]
- Experience of working in FMCG / marketing consultancy / market research agency
- Client facing experience
- Category management experience
- Project management experience
- Consultative selling skills
