Job purpose

To build highly trusted relationships with Booker to embed new insight solutions and ensure that the tools and services they have invested in are delivering great client experience and return on investment.

To spot opportunities for further incremental revenue and value-creating projects within Booker and explore opportunities for subsequent CPG commercialisation.

To build highly trusted relationships with One Stop to identify new insight solutions and collaborate with other dunnhumby teams to create and embed these new solutions.

Key accountabilities

  • Project manage the roll out of new solutions within Booker, embedding the tools and approaches within Booker processes with key stakeholders
  • Undertake needs gathering and identify gaps in knowledge and processes amongst key stakeholders at Booker to identify further commercial opportunities within P&P, ranging and beyond
  • Collaborate with counterparts across dunnhumby’s departments to identify and deliver phase 2 of the expansion of our Booker insight solution development
  • Undertake needs gathering and identify gaps in knowledge and processes amongst key stakeholders at One Stop to identify commercial opportunities through provision of dunnhumby insight
  • Collaborate with counterparts across dunnhumby’s departments to deliver new insight solutions to One Stop
  • Collaborate with counterparts across dunnhumby’s departments to deliver excellent joined up client experience
  • Explore opportunities for commercialisation of new solutions for CPGs arising from the new work programs completed with Booker and One Stop
  • Support and enable existing dunnhumby Booker team in generating an increased level of engagement with CPG insight amongst key Booker teams
  • Maintain all required skills & complete necessary training and act in line with our values and Code of Business

Qualifications & Experience

Desirable

·  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any subject

·  Experience working with insights / analytics

·  Experience of supporting the embedding of new solutions in a retail environment

Essential

·  Understanding of the Retail/CPG industry

·  Extensive experience in account management and embedding new solutions within a retailer/wholesaler
