The Role: 

We're looking for a talented and experienced Price & Promotion Implementation Manager to join us on a permanent basis.

In this role you will create, manage and execute the PriceStrat implementation strategy for / with Clients. You will lead a team of Price Analysts, Senior Analysts, and Consultants. You will build, tune, prime and utilize PriceStrat’s demand models in a way that will add value to the Client's business. 
 

Key Accountabilities: 

  • Understand the clients business model, processes, structures and data (across all applicable divisions) to drive the optimal implementation of PriceStrat. Tailor and customize the implementation approach to meet the clients business and strategic goals. 
  • Recognize opportunities for implementation improvement and update the implementation model as required. Be a champion for implementation best practice (both internally and externally) and share best practice learnings to help drive PriceStrat implementation standards and approach. 
  • Support the Data Project Manager in capturing requirements by conducting comprehensive data discovery workshops with customers. 
  • Responsible for the communication (and sign off where needed) of the implementation approach. 
  • Set up and deliver the relevant structures and processes to ensure PriceStrat consultants can succeed with the client. 
  • Provide a focal point for the client in regards to implementation of PriceStrat, representing dunnhumby at senior levels in the retailer’s organization. 
  • Identify and share opportunities for PriceStrat enhancements that arise through client need/feedback 
  • Engage with retailers’ senior level management to communicate and articulate the strengths of PriceStrat, creating PriceStrat advocates in the process and landing the key points about why PriceStrat adds value. Understand where PriceStrat’s shortcomings exist and be able to create and discuss tactics/strategies to mitigate such issues. Influence end users to become advocates. 
  • Manage the end to end delivery of PriceStrat measurement to retailer senior executives in close collaboration with the client and KSS science to deliver credible, robust measurement outputsManage risk effectively, provide visible and consistent leadership on Values and Code of Business Conduct and act where you see issues. Protect our team by ensuring they have the skills and training needed
