We’re looking for Insights Client Success Lead who expects more from their career.

It’s a chance to build relationships with assigned retailers, promote customer-first principles, and develop dunnhumby work plans for retailers so they can recognize value, satisfaction, and return on investment, including eventual up-sell contract renewal of dunnhumby propositions, achieve performance goals with retailers. Manage P&L and drive Collaboration between Retailer and Supplier/CPG to increase understanding of customers and achieve mutual growth.

You will lead a team that includes the Retailer and/or Shopper Insight's Retail partner Lead to manage the reporting line.

What we expect from you

· A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

· Experience in the Retail/CPG industry or consulting with a focus on client success.

· Proven ability to lead and grow teams.

· Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with senior leaders.

· Ability to drive commercial value through products and services

· Ability to identify growth opportunities and lead contract negotiations.

· Identify and build relationships with Retail Partners; expand dunnhumby contacts along the Retail Partner value chain and better understand how customer-first principles can take root.

· Build and disseminate deep knowledge of Retail Partners and their strategies to the team.

· Effective collaboration across internal teams and external partners.

· Strong communication and governance skills

· Establish effective governance, ensure priority planning, and ensure two-way feedback

· Identify opportunities to upsell additional dunnhumby features and drive the sales process through to contract.

· Maximize Retail Partner value by driving Collaboration across the dunnhumby team to demonstrate a consistent approach to Retail Partner and an integrated, holistic Retail Partner plan.

. Support product development by sharing Retail Partner needs and user stories.

· Regularly measure and review the ROI and value you are generating with retailers, including Retail Partner impact studies.

· Industry awareness and active participation in networking and marketing events.
