- Assessing workforce structures, operating models and business systems to enhance flexibility and scalability.
- Advising leadership on structural adaptations to continuously future proof the organisation against industry shifts and emerging workforce models and trends.
- Drive enterprise-wide organisational improvements, without being bound by existing structures.
- Leading workforce change initiatives, ensuring effective implementation, stakeholder engagement and achievement of key results
What we expect from you
- Knowledge of organisational design principles, but with a forward-thinking and adaptive approach.
- Proven experience in organisational effectives, transformation or business strategy roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex systems and develop holistic solutions.
- Change management expertise, with a track record of leading and embedding transformation initiatives.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and work autonomously across functions and missions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels
