We’re looking for a Business Support Manager to join our Corporate team!

This high-impact role will support our senior leadership team by managing the Executive Assistant (EA) function, driving improvements in executive operations. Despite reporting into the People function, this role involves working closely with the CEO to ensure strategic goals are executed with clarity and efficiency.

What you’ll be working on

  • Oversee and manage the EA function to improve performance, consistency, and structure across the business.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, supporting key business initiatives and helping to drive organisational alignment.
  • Facilitate leadership forums and executive meetings: managing agendas, driving actions, and ensuring the right people are focused on the right priorities.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance team effectiveness and operational clarity.
  • Provide structured support to business operations, introducing new systems and ways of working to elevate the effectiveness of support functions.
  • Help coach and develop the EA community, identifying growth opportunities and standardising best practices across the team.
  • Maintain clear communication across the business, with a particular focus on decision-making, project coordination, and governance forums.

What we expect from you

  • Extensive experience managing a team of Executive Assistants or support staff.
  • Demonstrated success in improving systems and processes in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Proven track record supporting senior leadership – ideally someone who has worked with heads of large functions or business units.
  • Strong business and operational mindset, with the confidence to make recommendations and support decision-making at executive level.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on ability to manage complex logistics, meetings, and stakeholder relationships.
