We’re looking for a Senior Customer Strategy Lead to join our team and help shape the future of retail by delivering customer-first strategies that drive measurable growth for our clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Customer Strategy Lead, you’ll work as part of our client delivery teams to:
- Develop and deliver customer-focused retail strategies across pricing, assortment, private brands, and communications.
- Uncover insights from customer data and translate them into compelling, actionable strategies.
- Build strong narratives around client challenges and opportunities, identifying strategic directives that lead to competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with internal experts and client stakeholders to influence decision-making at the highest levels.
- Lead strategic workshops and present recommendations that shape the future of retail for some of the world’s biggest brands.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in customer strategy or retail consulting
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills – you can turn complex data into clear, persuasive insights.
- A strategic thinker with a passion for customer experience and commercial impact.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in or with retailers, FMCG brands is a plus.
