Senior Propositions Lead – Loyalty & Personalisation

We’re looking for a talented Senior Propositions Lead who expects more from their career. This is an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to develop and manage the Loyalty and Personalisation Propositions at dunnhumby, delivering relevancy to customers and value to clients.

Joining our team, you’ll collaborate with passionate people and act as the Senior Propositions Lead for Loyalty & Personalisation, engaging with global market teams and technical colleagues. Working alongside the Propositions Manager, you’ll support the management of the following propositions: Customer Loyalty, Customer Journey Communications and Omnichannel Personalisation.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Conduct market research to gather insights on competitors and market needs, and structure findings in a comprehensive format for market teams.
  • Create proposition and product explanation materials, including presentations, one-pagers, and case studies.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to gain a deep understanding of dunnhumby’s product offerings.
  • Build strong relationships with consulting and market teams to develop global best practice content and identify training needs.
  • Ensure markets have all necessary documentation to offer, sell, and deliver propositions; maintain and update proposition content.
  • Support training plans and potentially lead training sessions to enable markets to integrate propositions into their workplans.
  • Assist the Sales process by responding to client team queries and ensuring accurate information is shared with clients and prospects.

What we expect from you:

  • Degree or equivalent in Marketing or Business.
  • Approximately 7 years’ relevant experience or proven track record in the following:
    • Retail (grocery/FMCG, pharmacy, fashion, or other sectors)
    • Loyalty and/or personalisation – including technology, products, services, offers, marketing, or consulting
    • Ideally, experience in CRM

Required Skills and Behaviours:

  • Commercial mindset with a focus on delivering client value
  • Passionate about modern customer loyalty & personalisation
  • Strong communicator, able to work effectively with commercial and technical teams across different countries and cultures
  • Excellent written communication skills, capable of producing clear and engaging documents and presentations
  • Confident presenter, both online and in-person
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative team player, comfortable working independently in a hybrid (in-person and remote) environment
