Senior Propositions Lead – Loyalty & Personalisation

We’re looking for a talented Senior Propositions Lead who expects more from their career. It’s an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to develop and manage the Loyalty and Personalisation Propositions at dunnhumby, delivering relevancy to customers and value to clients.
Joining our team, you’ll work with passionate people to act as the Senior Propositions Lead for Loyalty & Personalisation, engaging with global market teams and technical colleagues. Working with the Propositions Manager, you will support the management of the following propositions: Customer Loyalty, Customer Journey Communications and Omnichannel Personalisation.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Gather information about competitors and market needs through market research and structure it in a comprehensive way for the markets
- Produce materials with the explanation of the propositions, products and sales support, such as ppt presentations, one-pagers, case studies, among others
- Interact with the product managers to fully understand dunnhumby products details
- Build relationships with consulting teams and market teams to develop global best practice content, capture information and training needs
- Make sure markets have all the documentation they need to offer, sell and deliver the propositions. Manage the content regarding propositions, ensuring it’s all up to date
- Support training plans – potentially running training sessions – providing all information the markets need to include propositions in their workplans
- Support the Sales process, answering questions from client teams to make sure the right information is being shared with clients and prospects
What we expect from you
- Degree or equivalent in marketing or business, with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in the following:
- Retail (grocery/FMCG, pharmacy, fashion, other)
- Loyalty and/or personalisation – technology, products, services, offers, marketing, or consulting
- Ideally experience in CRM
Required Skills and Behaviours:
- Commercial approach
- Strong communicator who can work with commercial and technical teams from different countries and cultures, at different levels of the business
- Strong written communication skills, to produce comprehensive documents and presentations for different audiences and needs
- Strong presentation skills, online and in-person
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
- A team player, who works well with colleagues as well as independently in a hybrid work setting (in-person and remote)
