Summary
We are seeking a Client Success Lead to join our Client Development team. This is a senior, strategic role ideal for someone with strong consultative insight experience and a passion for leading client relationships and team development.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value CPG clients, ensuring dunnhumby’s tools and services deliver measurable impact. You’ll lead collaboration between suppliers and retailers, coach team members, and drive commercial growth through insight-led engagement.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver ‘Client Success’ for a portfolio of strategically important CPG clients, ensuring high satisfaction, engagement, and commercial impact.
- Build and grow senior-level relationships across client organisations, acting as a trusted advisor and champion of insight-led decision-making.
- Lead collaboration with retailer stakeholders to unlock joint value creation across relevant categories.
- Develop strategic insight briefs aligned to client goals and present actionable recommendations with impact.
- Identify and support commercial growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and value-based engagement.
- Lead a small Client Success team, providing coaching, guidance, and oversight of their client portfolios.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across dunnhumby to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Support the Client Success Manager in driving best practice, thought leadership, and continuous improvement across the wider team.
