We’re looking for a Category Management Senior Client Lead who expects more from their career. It’s a chance to extend and improve dunnhumby’s Category Management team. It’s an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to explore new opportunities for us and influence global retailers.
Joining our Category Management team, you’ll work with world-class and passionate people to bring the customer to the forefront of Space, Range, and Merchandising (SRM) decisions made at Tesco. Externally, you will lead the delivery of range recommendations to commercial teams at Tesco and work with SRM on key strategic projects, while internally, you will lead projects in partnership with Applied and Research data scientists to develop our science and build new solutions for Tesco, feeding requirements, managing work plans, providing feedback, and aligning with Tesco.
What we expect from you
- Experience in leading the delivery of projects that involve multiple stakeholders and complex questions
- Experience in building client relationships and managing stakeholders
- Experience in embedding customer solutions into your client’s decision-making
- Experience in an FMCG retailer, supplier, or consultancy
- Commercial acumen to identify opportunities for our client and dunnhumby
- Ability to look at data critically, interpret it, and present insights and actions to clients
- Category Management experience is desirable, but not essential
- Advanced Excel skills are desirable, but not essential
