Media Planning Associate

We’re looking for a talented Media Planning Associate who is passionate about working in Retail Media with one of the largest retailers in Central Europe. The Media Planning Associate will help shape customer-first media strategies by working with Tesco and top FMCG brands. Central to this role will be to support the planning, delivery and evaluation of retail media campaigns. You will support the Account Management and Sales teams to build relationships and drive long-term revenue.
What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Work with the sales team to execute retail media campaigns aligned to client needs.
- Organize and deliver hostess campaigns.
- Provide administrative support to the local media team.
- Support financial processes by ensuring that internal systems are fully updated.
- Deliver weekly internal reports.
- Have a keen eye for detail and a passion for looking for efficiencies and new processes
- Stay up to date on retail media trends.
What we’re looking for:
- Interest in media, marketing or retail.
- Ability to communicate - both written and verbal in Hungarian and at a professional level in English.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience working in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
