Shape the Future of Retail Services
At dunnhumby, we’re redefining how retailers and brands connect with customers. We’re looking for a Retail Services Manager to lead the transformation of our retail service offerings and keep us ahead of industry disruption. This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine innovation, technology, and commercial strategy to create future-ready solutions for retailers and CPGs.

What You’ll Do

  • Innovate and Deliver: Design and launch new propositions that monetise Tesco capabilities and create scalable B2B offerings.
  • Shape the Future: Build and articulate future-state retail service models aligned to emerging trends like AI and evolving retail ecosystems.
  • Lead Complex Projects: Take ownership of unstructured, ambiguous initiatives with undefined outcomes, driving clarity, scalability, and measurable impact.
  • Inspire Teams: Direct and motivate cross-functional teams of subject matter experts to deliver transformative solutions that challenge the status quo.
  • Forge Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish technology collaborations and plug-and-play solutions for Category Management and beyond, creating integrated ecosystems.
  • Accelerate Growth: Develop compelling go-to-market strategies for new verticals, leveraging Tesco capabilities to open new revenue streams and strengthen the sales pipeline.
  • Scan the Market: Conduct competitor benchmarking and market scans to identify emerging retail service models, ensuring dunnhumby stays ahead of industry trends.
  • Drive Innovation Process: Contribute to the design of a structured innovation framework with clear stages—ideation, prototype, pilot, and scale—to bring ideas to life quickly.

What We’re Looking For

  • A retail practitioner with deep expertise in Category Management and proven ability to deliver sales and margin impact.
  • Experience driving disruptive change and influencing senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Strong understanding of retailer economics and strategy, with the ability to shape long-term growth plans.
  • A resilient, self-driven leader who thrives in ambiguity and can navigate complex organisational structures.

Why Join Us?
This is your chance to define what’s next for retail services. You’ll work at the intersection of innovation and execution, influencing senior leaders and shaping strategies that keep Tesco and dunnhumby ahead of the competition. If you’re passionate about creating bold, future-ready solutions and driving real impact, we want to hear from you.
