Insights Client Success Associate

The Role:
We're looking for a Insights Client Success Associate to join us on permanent basis. You will build highly trusted relationships with clients that consider to an expert on winning with insights.
You will understand the strategic priorities of your CPG supplier base and retailer and maximise how dunnhumby helps them to achieve against them. To use this to ensure that the tools and services they have invested in are delivering great client experience, usage and value. In addition to this, you support your team to spot opportunities for incremental revenue and value-creating projects.
Key Accountabilities
- Achieve ‘Client Success’ for a set of small clients within an assigned category. KPIs include client satisfaction, tool usage / engagement and total account value
- Support Client Success Executives and Leads on wider set of clients to have extended impact
- Create and maintain good stakeholder relationships within CPGs
- Build briefs and presentations that meet CPGs strategic needs and present back the actionable recommendations to your clients
- Support your team with spotting sales opportunities and support Sales counterpart to deliver commercial performance targets within client portfolio.
- Collaborate with counterparts across dunnhumby’s departments to deliver joined up client experience
- Maintain all required skills & complete necessary training and act in line with our values and Code of Business
Qualifications & Experience
- Understanding of the Retail/CPG industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any subject
