Nos Client Leads sont chargés de cultiver et de développer les relations avec nos partenaires détaillants canadiens. Ils doivent être les champions de la mise en œuvre des pratiques " Customer/Shopper First ", en traduisant la stratégie en recommandations et actions tangibles pour améliorer l'expérience d'achat, et qui, en retour, augmentent l'impact de dunnhumby. En rejoignant notre équipe commerciale, vous travaillerez avec des personnes passionnées et de renommée mondiale, en utilisant des techniques de pointe sur des projets qui auront un impact à court et à long terme.
Le titulaire de ce poste joue un rôle essentiel dans l'avancement des initiatives de gestion des catégories, en dirigeant l'application et l'activation des connaissances dans le cadre de la stratégie des catégories, de l'assortiment, des prix et des promotions. Pour exceller à ce poste, nous recherchons des personnes qui font preuve d'engagement, de collaboration, d'attention aux détails, d'habileté à raconter des histoires et d'enthousiasme pour l'établissement de relations.
Ce que nous attendons de vous
Une expérience avérée dans l'utilisation et l'application d'outils et de méthodologies de gestion des catégories dans des contextes de vente au détail et/ou de produits de grande consommation.
- Vous êtes capable d'établir d'excellentes relations avec les parties prenantes, d'instaurer la confiance et de devenir un véritable partenaire stratégique.
- Vous êtes passionné(e) par la connaissance du consommateur et par le fait de placer le client au centre des décisions.
- Solides compétences en matière d'analyse de données et capacité à transformer les données en idées et en actions.
- Familiarité avec le secteur de la vente au détail.
- Vous parlez, lisez et écrivez couramment en français et en anglais.
- Solides compétences en matière de communication et de narration.
- Compétences en matière de présentation et de gestion de l'audience.
- Niveau avancé en Excel et PowerPoint.
- Diplôme dans un domaine pertinent.
- 2 à 5 ans d'expérience pratique dans un rôle axé sur la connaissance, comprenant l'analyse de données, l'élaboration de recommandations et la présentation.
We’re looking for a Category Management Client Lead who expects more from their career. Our Client Leads are entrusted with cultivating and growing relationships with our Canadian retail partner. They need to champion the implementation of Customer/Shopper First practices; translating strategy into tangible recommendations and actions that improve the shopping experience, and in turn grow dunnhumby’s impact. Joining our commercial team, you’ll work with world class and passionate people using cutting-edge techniques on projects that will have both short and long-term impact.
This role is instrumental in advancing category management initiatives, leading insights application & enablement within category strategy, assortment, and price & promotions. To excel in this position, we seek individuals who demonstrate commitment, collaboration, attention to detail, skilled storytelling, and an enthusiasm for relationship building.
What We Expect From You
- Proven experience using and applying Category Management tools and methodologies to both retail and/or CPG contexts.
- Ability to build excellent relationships with stakeholders, establishing trust and becoming a true strategic partner.
- Passionate about shopper insights and putting the customer at the center of decisions.
- Strong data analysis skills, and an ability to turn data into insight, into action.
- Familiarity with the retail industry
- Speak/read/write in English (fluent)
- Strong communication and storytelling
- Effective presentation and audience management skills
- Advanced level in excel and PowerPoint
- Degree in a relevant subject
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in an insights-based role, encompassing data analysis, recommendation development, and presentation.
