We’re looking for a Senior Shopper Insight Client Leads who expects more from their career. It’s a chance to work on a large scale project, supporting Commercial teams at Waitrose.

Joining our Retail team, you’ll work with world class and passionate people to bring the customer to the forefront of decisions made at Waitrose. You will be enabling the in market teams to deliver customer first recommendations to Waitrose, working a pace and at scale, across our solutions, working flexibly to find efficiencies in delivery.

What we expect from you

• Ability to look at data critically, interpret it and present insight and actions to client
• Category Management experience desirable, but not essential
• Advanced Excel skills desirable, but not essential
• Experience finding efficiencies through responsible use of AI
