We’re looking for a talented Media Integration Manager This is an exciting opportunity to play a lead role in turbocharging the impact of our multi-channel trading and media plans. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the rapid scale-up of the Tesco Media business in Central Europe and shape how one of the biggest retailers and Tesco Media collaborates with its suppliers on aligned media plans.

The scope of the role covers 4 principal areas:

  • Build alignment and support across leadership and all Tesco departments
  • Establishing strong, collaborative relationships with Tesco’s commercial and customer teams and ensure activities supporting media are performed
  • Embedding media into Tesco’s core processes and ways of working
  • Co-developing new media channels and propositions in partnership with Tesco

Key Accountabilities :

  • Own and drive the transformation roadmap.
  • Develop and further enhance a collaboration framework between Tesco Media, Product & Customer function, and with our CPG Partners to deliver best-in-class activation in-store and online.
  • Land both tactical and strategic projects by working with our stakeholders and top CPG Partners and to deliver long-term Media Joint Business Plans.
  • Identify operational and cultural barriers to media scalability and develop strategies to overcome them.
  • Liaise directly with retailer counterparts to ensure initiatives are implemented effectively. Be the primary POC for Tesco media representant’s from Tesco side.
  • Develop and deliver training and communication programs to upskill wider teams – specially commercial – on Tesco Media.
  • Foster innovation, data insights and continuous improvement of media assets that deliver value to clients, both Tesco & brands.
  • Support the launch of new proposition where Tesco plays a key role - define the required internal processes and lease with stakeholders, governance, and cross-functional collaboration within the retailer and implement it.
  • Become the key contact with the Technology teams to help set requirements and prioritise accordingly.
  • Serve as a trusted partner by consistently demonstrating that we do the right thing—for example, by aligning media solutions with the Tesco’s priorities, considering operational constraints, or co-creating scalable propositions.

You will have

  • Experience at a Grocery Retailer
  • Commercial acumen with knowledge of CPGs and Retail operations.
  • The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong understanding of retail media and be savvy about future of digital media landscape.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally
  • Excellent communication and strong project management skills
