We're looking for a Senior Production Lead to take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of bespoke in-store marketing campaigns across the Tesco estate.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced production and project management professional to lead complex Point of Sale (POS) campaigns from initial brief through to print production, fulfilment and in-store deployment. Working across a broad network of stakeholders, suppliers and creative teams, you'll play a critical role in bringing retail campaigns to life for millions of Tesco shoppers.
You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards, while continuously improving processes and driving operational excellence across production delivery.
What you'll be doing
- Leading multiple POS and retail marketing projects from concept through to delivery
- Managing project timelines, milestones, approvals and stakeholder communication
- Partnering with marketing, creative, operations and client teams to develop clear and effective briefs
- Working closely with designers to ensure artwork meets brand, technical and production requirements
- Managing external print and production suppliers to deliver best-in-class outcomes
- Overseeing print production, proofing, quality assurance and manufacturing processes
- Coordinating fulfilment, distribution and deployment of marketing materials across store locations
- Identifying and mitigating project risks while ensuring successful delivery against objectives
- Driving continuous improvement across workflows, briefing processes and production standards
What we're looking for
- Proven experience delivering POS, retail marketing or print production campaigns
- Strong understanding of commercial print production processes, materials and finishing techniques
- Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience working with creative teams, agencies or design functions
- Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and supplier relationships
- A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
- Ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels
