About the Role

We're looking for a Shopper Insights Consultant to join our dunnhumby business in either our Medellín or Bogota office. This role sits within our Managed Analytics Services team, helping suppliers maximise the value they receive from dunnhumby products and services through onboarding, adoption, engagement and customer success activities.
 
You'll work closely with suppliers, retailer stakeholders, consulting teams, product teams and commercial colleagues to accelerate adoption, support new business opportunities and deliver a consistently high-quality client experience across the Americas region.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll help suppliers realise value from their investment in dunnhumby solutions while contributing to scalable growth and operational excellence.
  • Deliver onboarding, training, adoption and engagement programmes for an assigned portfolio of suppliers.
  • Facilitate webinars, office hours, virtual training sessions and structured support activities that drive customer success.
  • Build strong relationships across supplier, retailer, product, consulting and commercial stakeholder groups.
  • Analyse usage data, adoption metrics, operational KPIs and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and recommendations.
  • Support retailer onboarding, proof of concept activities, new business initiatives and go-to-market programmes across the our clients.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience within retail, CPG, SaaS, consulting, customer success or insights-led environments.
  • Fluent English communication skills with confidence presenting, facilitating and training a range of audiences.
  • Stakeholder management capability across multiple priorities, customers and internal teams.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data and feedback into meaningful actions.
  • Confidence delivering client-facing projects and programmes independently while maintaining high service standards.
