What is DIFY? It is a new category of technology that is faster and more cost effective than a human, and much easier to use than software. It is an AI first approach to solving customer problems.
You don't need to learn new software. You don't need to read help docs. You don't need to learn how to prompt. You provide business context and feedback, and the work is done for you.

The Role
We're looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function and drive revenue growth at Durable. You’ll sit on the leadership team, own our brand and growth strategy end-to-end, and be directly responsible for customer acquisition, activation, and retention across all channels. This isn’t just about running campaigns—it’s about building and leading a modern, AI-enabled marketing engine that scales with the company.
You’ll bring a strong performance marketing mindset, paired with deep experience in positioning, storytelling, and funnel optimization. You’ll manage a high-leverage team across SEO, product marketing, lifecycle, and social, and you'll be expected to scale both people and programs quickly.
What You’ll Do
Set the Strategic Direction
- Own the marketing strategy and roadmap aligned with company-wide revenue and growth goals.
- Partner with Product to ensure go-to-market strategy is tightly integrated with what we build and how we sell it.
- Identify and prioritize high-ROI growth levers across paid, organic, lifecycle, and brand.
Own the Funnel
- Manage and optimize the full customer journey—from awareness to activation to expansion.
- Scale paid and organic acquisition channels with precision, while continuously improving conversion and retention metrics.
- Build, iterate, and test fast. You’ll be expected to run a high-tempo growth engine.
Drive Revenue and Efficiency
- Manage the marketing budget, and strategize headcount plans, to deliver maximum ROI.
- Own CAC, LTV, conversion rate, retention, and revenue contribution targets.
- Work with our Data Engineer to build dashboards and data flows to track these metrics consistently, and hold your team accountable to the results.
Own Brand and Product Narrative
- Define and evolve Durable’s brand voice and market positioning.
- Ensure consistency across channels and that all touchpoints tell a compelling, clear story.
- Support major product launches, new verticals, and category expansion with strategic go-to-market plans.
Act Like an Owner
- Move fast, get scrappy, and take full accountability for marketing’s impact on the business.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table, backed by data and experimentation.
- Collaborate deeply with Product, Customer Success, and the broader leadership team.
What You Bring
- 8+ years in marketing with at least 3+ years leading a marketing org in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong performance marketing chops—comfortable running multi-million dollar paid budgets across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.
- Deep experience with SEO, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, and brand building.
- Proven track record of owning revenue outcomes and scaling marketing programs from early-stage through Series B+ growth.
- Analytical mindset and high fluency with tools like GA4, Looker, Amplitude, or PostHog.
- High agency—comfortable building with limited resources and solving ambiguous problems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and prioritization skills. You can operate at both 30,000 feet and in the weeds.

Salary Range:
CA$160,000 - 275,000
