Account Manager - Experiential Marketing

Jack Morton is seeking a passionate Account Manager in support of our entertainment client’s experience marketing. This position incorporates all aspects of experiential marketing: understanding, planning, strategizing, development, integration, execution and accountability.

 

Here’s the job:

  • Work across internal departments to ensure seamless program integration, including strategy & planning, creative, production and agency systems
  • Cultivate relationships with key client contacts and partners
  • Coordinate and collaborate with agency partners to help facilitate integrated solutions that leverage agency offerings and drive client’s brand experience results
  • Participate and take active role in annual experiential marketing & partnership strategic planning; investigate and develop new and relevant initiatives that meet the client’s objectives
  • Oversee junior staff and manage project teams and the implementation of experiential and promotional initiatives
  • Understand and work within client’s operations/processes as needed to ensure effective and timely reviews and approvals
  • Understand all divisional projects in effort to ensure brand alignment and efficiencies
  • Guide measurement approaches as a basis for evaluating results
  • Ensure clear communication to the client regarding scope, budget, schedules and project status/action items

What we require:

  • Minimum of 6 yrs. experience in marketing, with hands-on experience in experiential marketing
  • Must have previously demonstrated the ability to build and maintain key relationships, alliances and partnerships with a variety of participants and facilitate a variety of communications and projects on behalf of the stakeholders involved
  • Experience in sponsorship and contract negotiations and working with partners on marketing properties
  • Must have organizational, project management and communication skills and the ability to multi-task and manage a number of key initiatives simultaneously
  • Travel required, candidate must have reliable transportation
