​You are a Content Producer who will ensure that all aspects of a program(s) are successfully delivered to our pharmaceutical client. You are also responsible for the fiscal health of the program and for communicating effectively with the team and the client.

What you’ll be doing

The Content Producer (speaker presentations, internal communications, experiential marketing) will work directly with Account, Creative and Financial teams, as well as key clients, to ensure memorable event experiences, are executed flawlessly, on schedule, within budget, and exceed all expectations. Agility, professionalism, attention to detail, and grace under pressure are key attributes required for this position.

The Producer will be primarily responsible for the production and execution of elements including but not limited to:

  • Timeline & key milestone identification
  • Budget development and on-going management
  • Identification of qualified suppliers
  • Developing bid specifications and support of the bid process
  • Project execution
  • Management of project deliverables specifically in executing graphic materials in various media including PowerPoint/Keynote presentations, video, digital, print and signage

Key Skills and Accountabilities:

  • Proven experience producing speaker presentations and communications plans. 
  • Budget experience and savviness - the ideal candidate can help scope and budget speaker presentations, but we're also open to adjacent experience such as budgeting for video production or other content deliverables. 
  • Must have the ability to act as a liaison with partners and other suppliers as necessary, building a productive relationship based on mutual trust and respect. This includes participation in periodic face-to-face client meetings as requested by account leadership. Strong ability to partner with internal creatives, and translate client needs to design teams.
  • Experience in the live event environment for B2C and/or B2B a huge plus. The desire to grow in areas of production outside of just content a plus.
  • Create and regularly update detailed project management documents that ensure our teams and the client have a clear view of program status, deadlines and action items, and familiarity with managing communication plans and calendars.
  • Ensure that processes are followed and that programs are developed within compliance of purchasing guidelines. This includes the third-party vendor procurement process. In collaboration with Jack Morton accounts receivables/payables, maintain a required schedule for billings, accruals, forecasting and reconciliations.
  • Support account leadership to ensure clear and timely communication to clients regarding all of the above
  • Ensure a “no surprises” approach, keeping the account team, creative team and other groups continuously up to date on the status of all deliverables

Success Measures:

  • Positive feedback on the management of programs as required by the project including budgets, schedules and other key deliverables
  • Support a positive team climate that inspires all stakeholders to excel and deliver at a high level

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience producing speaker presentations & communications plans and budgeting content 
  • Live event experience, video and/or print production experience preferred
  • Strong program management, organizational and communication skills
  • Demonstrated production competencies; client focus, effectiveness, attention to detail, flexibility, professional confidence and accountability for results.\
  • Management of multiple programs with internal and supplier teams
  • There may be some travel requirements (mostly local if not all local) for the client
  • As specific projects require, must have the availability to execute projects on weekends and/or evenings
  • Utilization of existing processes with attention to improving them as conditions evolve
  • Candidate must have the strong skills in Microsoft Excel (budgets, schedules, resource management), Microsoft Word (templates, forms, etc.), Microsoft PowerPoint (communication of production solutions) and Microsoft Outlook (team communication); experience in Veeva a plus
  • Ability to utilize proprietary programs to complete basic office responsibilities including but not limited to; time sheets, expense reports, PTO scheduling, cost accounting and tracking

In Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City the standard base pay range for this role is $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 annually, depending on relevant factors including experience, internal equity and market considerations. This base pay range is specific to Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations.
