Golin Los Angeles is looking for an experienced Manager (Senior Account Executive) to join our world-class digital team. You will play a vital role on our digital team, while delivering creative and results-driven solutions for our clients.

 

This all-encompassing digital role will have you identifying and providing POVs on real-time opportunities, issues and trends, as well as creating and executing large and small-scale marketing campaigns for clients. Your role will include fostering integration among IAT/social/PR teams, driving channel and social strategy for a range of clients. Driving and overseeing content creative to run across a variety of digital platforms (including organic and paid) to drive optimal results.

 

We’re looking for a Connector who is passionate about earning attention for some of the world’s most beloved and iconic consumer brands. Our Golin Manager-Connector will have a meaningful understanding of all things social, channel management, channel strategy and pop culture.

What You'll Do 
  • Partner with account teams to achieve client communications goals, provide strategic insight and counsel to all business areas on social media including channel strategy, content creation and content distribution, paid initiatives, and community building
  • Directly oversee social media digital programs and campaigns
  • Be the day-to-day client contact and liaison for all digital workstreams including channel management and community management
  • Analyze existing and potential clients’ social media and digital landscape, and make strategic recommendations to achieve client goals
  • Conduct research, assemble presentations and present in new business pitches
  • Follow the trends and recommend ways brands can intercept cultural conversations through social media and influencer marketing
  • Conceptualize and edit creative and engaging digital content, as well as mange digital content partnerships
  • Oversee the creation of social media content calendars and the development and publishing of curated and original content across multiple channels and across multiple clients
  • Community management inclusive of customer service and engagement are in your wheelhouse
  • Oversee work in the back end of YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and TikTok to boost content as necessary and monitor performance foundational analytics and measurement, with the ability to assist in developing monthly/quarterly social media reports and insights
  • Set KPIs with clients, lead measurement and present to teams and clients
  • Assist with paid strategy and execution on YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok to drive towards key client initiatives
  • Be the expert on Golin’s suite of proprietary data and analytics tools
  • Champion and guide our more junior team as part of your own growth and development – and in an effort to continuously be looking to develop and widen the skill set of the team
 
Who You Are:
  • Are a creative and strategic thinker. Comfortable in ambiguous situations, forward thinking and look around corners for clients + our team
  • Have multi-channel expertise across key social media properties including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
  • Have 3-5+ years of experience in a social or integrated marketing agency (with direct experience with building online communities and managing influencers) or the same on the client side
  • Have examples of your creativity and how you brought it to life on both large- and small-scale campaigns
  • Possess a collaborative attitude and willing to roll sleeves up to complete great work
  • Have solid client-facing/ presentation skills
  • Have your finger on the pulse on emerging social platforms and trends
  • Can effectively develop social content strategy and optimization experience
  • Have a solid understanding of social media analytics and optimizations
  • Have a proven experience successful developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns
  • Can easily advise on integrated content opportunities

Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.

Salary range:

$55,000 - $95,000
