***Our headquarters is in Stamford, CT, but the location of this position can be flexible with a priority given to candidates open to hybrid work (2-3 days week in office) in one of our office locations - - Stamford, CT, New York, NY, Charlotte, NC, Los Angeles, CA, Chicago, IL, or Atlanta, GA. 

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our skilled and dynamic global hospitality team, with a specific focus on golf-centric programs. As an Event Executive, you will play a key role in supporting a tech client through a variety of premier golf events and experiences.  If you thrive on creating unforgettable moments and the idea of combining travel with world-class events excites you, this role is an ideal fit! THE WORK YOU’LL DO

  • Conduct pre-planning management and implementation for hospitality-focused events including vendor research, merchandise management, and event communications
  • Coordinate projects with outside vendors and internal resources
  • Learn and lead sophisticated guest registration systems
  • Understand clients' values and voice while handling consumer facing communication
  • Develop agendas and take detailed notes for weekly meetings with both internal and external partners
  • Coordinate status details on pre-event meeting agendas, i.e., transportation, F&B, and other activities
  • Design, prepare and distribute event execution guides, staff implementation guides, and personalized itineraries for guests at various events
  • Provide hands-on event staffing and oversight
  • Assist with numerous projects simultaneously ranging from hotel room blocks to concierge email responses, to ticketing management
  • Generate recap documents of each event including key metrics and recommendations

  • 1ish years’ experience in related events field; past hospitality experience preferred
  • A master of the Microsoft Office suite; particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Though not a requirement, a second language is a plus
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally, and work weekends or holidays as needed. Anticipated travel level: Moderate (20-45%)

L1: This position pays $40,000, is overtime-eligible and comes with a comprehensive benefits package.
