Temporary Freelance Director, Catalyst 

 

Golin is currently looking for Freelance, Director, Catalyst specializing in driving vendor selection and bidding process, ensuring alignment with creative vision, budget parameters, and program timelines. 

 

We are looking for someone who can join us in a Freelance capacity and can commit to up to 8 hours weekly for 2 months.

What you’ll do 

  • Collaborate closely with creative leads to translate conceptual ideas into executable production plans, identifying the right partners to bring them to life. 
  • Lead the development and review of production estimates, bids, and scopes of work, balancing creative needs with financial feasibility. 
  • Cultivate strong relationships with a diverse network of creative vendors. 
  • Act as a strategic liaison between internal creative teams and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and shared creative intent. 
  • Provide creative input during vendor selection to ensure partners are not only technically capable but also creatively aligned with program tone and goals. 

 

What you have: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in related field is preferred  
  • 7+ years' experience in an advertising agency or similar setting 

 

 

Please note: We are open to considering qualified remote candidates in other locations. 

Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations. 

 

Hourly rate: $80/hour.
