Sr Account Manager / Account Director - Experiential, Beauty Industry
Jack Morton is seeking a proactive and energetic candidate to collaborate with the greater Jack team to become a trusted partner and deliver exceptional onsite programs for our beauty industry client. Ensure flawless event execution through clear communication, strong partner relationships, and proactive problem-solving.
Here's the job:
- Serve as the primary support contact for all Jack programming, working onsite at the client location half of the time.
- Create, manage, and coordinate key project meetings with client stakeholders and partner agencies, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Oversee ideation, collaboration, coordination, production, and execution of JMW activations.
- Lead and manage a team of staff/partners on-site for store launch activations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships and open communication with vendors and partners.
- Direct JMW disciplines as needed to develop and execute client deliverables.
- Manage budgets for assigned programs.

What we require:
- At least 8 years of experiential marketing/client services/agency experience
- Strong relationship building skills
- Ability to identify and pursue opportunities to expand agency services with client
- Strong project management, organizational and communication skills
- Understanding of media planning and buying processes and ability to collaborate effectively with media agencies
- Must be local to Chicago, IL, onsite at client location 4 days/week, 2 weeks/month
- Travel required, multiple Friday events
- Experience and/or interest in beauty industry preferred
