Are you a strategic and dynamic leader ready to deliver extraordinary brand experiences? We’re looking for an Integrated Account Director to serve as the trusted advisor for clients, driving integrated campaigns that inspire audiences and achieve measurable results. In this role, you’ll oversee every aspect of account success from client relationships and creative delivery to fiscal health and organic growth.

What you’ll be doing 

Great Work 

  • Understand client business objectives, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape to serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. 
  • Translate complex business challenges into innovative campaign solutions that elevate the client’s brand and expand engagement opportunities. 
  • Lead integrated campaign efforts across brand strategy, audience insights, paid media, asset development, digital experiences, content creation, and performance measurement. 
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—creative, strategy, production, and media—to ensure work is on brand, strategically sound, and flawlessly executed. 
  • Consistently deliver value and credibility from the client’s perspective, becoming a dynamic and respected champion of the work. 
  • Excel in presentations with clients and partners, articulating ideas clearly and persuasively. 
  • Proactively manage scope, guide the team through out-of-scope requests, and help clients think strategically about solutions while maintaining strong relationships. 
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, innovative technologies, and evolving platforms to continuously raise the quality and impact of our campaigns. 

Grow Business 

  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand Jack Morton’s relationship with clients by uncovering new areas for strategic value. 
  • Lead projects from initial briefing to resourcing, development, and execution, ensuring smooth operations across multiple workstreams. 
  • Ensure all project documentation, status reports, and deliverables are accurate, organized, and accessible to both internal teams and clients. 
  • Oversee team workflow and communication, ensuring alignment and clarity at every stage of delivery. 
  • Grow client revenue and manage overall account profitability, driving year-over-year growth. 
  • Lead new business opportunities, from qualifying prospects and shaping proposals to owning deliverables and presenting with confidence. 
  • Partner with internal teams and the wider agency network to create seamless, integrated solutions for clients. 

Grow People 

  • Collaborate with strategy and creative partners to ensure solutions are inspired, innovative, and aligned to client business needs. 
  • Act as a champion of extraordinary work by providing inspiration, leadership, and expertise across agency offerings. 
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, leveraging your experience to guide best practices and elevate team performance. 
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, providing constructive feedback, growth opportunities, and clear pathways for career development. 
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture that values open communication, knowledge sharing, and mutual respect. 

Financial Acumen 

  • Serve as the steward of fiscal health for your accounts, balancing profitability with client value. 
  • Review burn reports regularly, ensuring budget tracking is consistent, transparent, and accurate. 
  • Own monthly budget summaries and partner with Finance to ensure billing schedules are maintained and financial targets are achieved.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading integrated brand campaigns, including brand positioning, campaign platforms, demand generation, content strategy and execution, and thought leadership initiatives. 
  • Paid media knowledge/experience preferred. 
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing a plus. 
  • A genuine passion for brands and for creating extraordinary brand experiences. 
  • Executive Presence: Ability to confidently and effectively communicate with senior-level clients, inspiring trust and credibility. 
  • Strategic & Operational Acumen: A rare blend of strategic thinking and operational expertise, capable of both developing innovative solutions and executing them with precision. 
  • Hands-On Approach: A proactive leader who thrives in a cross-functional environment, building solutions and driving projects forward. 
  • Meticulousness: Unwavering attention to detail, ensuring all deliverables reflect the highest standards of quality. 
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate challenges, develop solutions, and mitigate risks to ensure success. 
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

In Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, and New York City the standard base pay range for this role is $107,000.00 - $140,000.00 annually, depending on relevant factors including experience, internal equity and market considerations. This base pay range is specific to Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations.
