We're hiring a strategic Evaluations Manager (sponsorships & experiential) to lead valuation projects, manage client relationships, and develop impactful sponsorship strategies and assessments. This role ensures ethical practices, integrates cross-platform valuation, and aligns insights with client marketing goals. Relative to sponsorship or experiential marketing, when clients have opportunities where they'd like to understand fair market value, we help facilitate fair market value analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Valuation Projects: Oversee asset valuations, cost analysis, and recommendations for complex projects.
  • Develop Sponsorship Strategies: Create strategies aligned with client marketing objectives.
  • Identify Market Trends: Spot emerging opportunities and trends in sponsorship categories.
  • Integrate Advanced Valuation: Use cross-platform valuation using proprietary platform/system.
  • Present Key Findings: Clearly present valuation results and strategies to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure Ethical Practices: Uphold objectivity and ethics in all assessments.
  • Optimize Workflows: Manage and improve complex evaluation processes for consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate Internally: Build strong relationships with Account, Analytics, Strategy, and other teams.
  • Improve Methodology: Contribute to evolving valuation methods and team performance.
  • Guide Others: Coach and guide team members on project prioritization and goal achievement.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional experience, with ideally some in an agency setting.
  • Analytical Skills & Financial Acumen: Strong background in analysis, asset valuation, and cost assessment.
  • Sponsorship & Media Savvy: Deep knowledge of sponsorship, market dynamics, and media (broadcast, digital, social), especially for experiential marketing.
  • Strategic / Forward Thinker: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent Communicator: Outstanding written and verbal skills to present complex information clearly.
  • Client-Focused: Strong client service mindset; adept at presenting findings to diverse audiences.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; manages multiple complex projects.
  • Tech Proficient: Strong computer skills, including advanced Excel and intermediate PowerPoint knowledge.
