
Junior Business Analyst

What We Need:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our team and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. In this role, you will work closely with developers, product owners, and business users to define clear development scopes and drive successful project execution. You’ll play a key role in analyzing requirements, facilitating seamless communication between stakeholders, and ensuring smooth UAT processes. Key Responsibilities:
- To gather user requirements and to produce requirement documentation by working closely with the project stakeholders including developers, product owners and business users.
- To elicit the final scope of development by conducting proper business requirement analysis (dependencies, prioritization and gap analysis).
- To work with software engineers, project managers to provide conceptual solution design and delivery plans.
- Able to present “stories” to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- To facilitate UAT execution, working closely with business users and to follow-up with developers on bugs fixing progress.
- To be a product knowledge expert who can think in business's perspective.
- Conduct user training sessions in both english and mandarin.
Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:
- Minimally 3 years of working experience and proven track record in Business Analysis, preferably in the gaming industry but not compulsory.
- Higher diploma/bachelor’s degree.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to resolve conflicts across different stakeholder groups.
- Excellent English (speaking and writing) and Moderate Mandarin (speaking and writing) skills. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Working experience in Scrum/Agile environments and able to work on multiple projects independently and proactively with minimum supervision.
- able to elaborate user stories, backlogs creation, grooming, prioritization and produce acceptance test cases with QA.
- Basic knowledge of databases, able to draw ERD diagrams and perform basic data querying.
- Well-versed in documentation and project management tools like G Suite, Confluence, Jira etc.
