
Creative Lead – Marketing (iGaming Studio)
We’re looking for a Creative Lead to define and drive the creative vision across our marketing efforts. This role sits at the intersection of brand, storytelling, and performance—shaping how we present our products and engage audiences across multiple channels.
You’ll lead the development of compelling, high-impact campaigns while remaining hands-on in the creative process—contributing directly to ideation and execution. This is a hybrid leadership role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is equally comfortable directing others and creating themselves.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative direction and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, video, events, and product marketing initiatives
- Actively contribute to hands-on creation—developing concepts, copy, visual direction, and/or assets where needed
- Translate business and marketing objectives into clear, engaging creative concepts and narratives
Own and evolve the brand voice, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints - Collaborate closely inter-departmentally to deliver cohesive and effective campaigns
- Provide creative guidance and feedback to internal team members, fostering a high-performing and innovative culture
- Oversee the development of creative assets from concept through production, while stepping in to execute when required
- Explore and integrate AI tools and workflows to enhance creative development, improve efficiency, and support experimentation/R&D initiatives
- Manage and collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and production partners as needed
Requirements:
- Strong experience leading creative direction across campaigns (B2B experience preferred; background in gaming, iGaming, or tech is highly desirable)
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and guide creative teams
- Exceptional storytelling ability, with a clear sense of brand voice and consistency
- Hands-on experience across multiple formats, including digital campaigns, social media, video, events, and product marketing
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) with a solid understanding of design and production workflows
Strong foundation in art and design (formal training or equivalent experience), with a keen eye for visual composition, typography, and aesthetics - Working knowledge of AI tools used in creative production (e.g., generative design, copy, video, or ideation tools) and the ability to apply them effectively in marketing workflows or R&D initiatives
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with executional detail
- Experience managing external vendors and agencies is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
