The SWIFT program is designed to support the integration, customization, and development of ICE applications and systems across various platforms. It aims to accelerate service delivery, leverage industry and government best practices, improve code quality, reduce administrative overhead, and enhance customer service. This specific task order is supporting HR. The scope of work includes rebuilding the performance management system. |
Description of Duties/Responsibilities
- The Lead ServiceNow Developer will play a pivotal, technical-leadership role in successfully deploying ServiceNow solutions for our clients. This role will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow applications to meet specific business requirements. Technical expertise and attention to detail are critical to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Must have an active government clearance
- Ability to work autonomously/with little oversight to configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications using App Engine to meet specific business requirements.
- Develop and maintain advanced scripts, business rules, and client scripts.
- Support data migration design and activities from legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring data accuracy and consistency during the transition.
- Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations to validate functionality, data integrity, and user experience.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
- The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- US Citizenship is required (required by the federal government for this position).
- Must be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
- MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with the agile methodology and experience working on agile scrum teams
Nice to Have Skills:
- ServiceNow certifications a plus
- Agile certifications a plus
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or related discipline preferred
- Minimum 6 years experience in ServiceNow

Salary Range:
$125k - $135k
