Role Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Dyne’s recruitment processes by managing administrative tasks, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring teams. This position is essential for ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process, enhancing the candidate experience, and supporting the overall talent acquisition strategy of the organization to attract and retain high-performing talent.
This role is based in Waltham, MA without the possibility of being a remote role.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Act as primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment process
- Help to manage the overall candidate and hiring manager experience, including scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved
- Prepare and distribute interview materials and candidate profiles to interviewers
- Maintain and update Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
- Post job and manage job openings in Greenhouse
- Assisting hiring manager in screening resumes to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements
- Assist in developing and implementing talent acquisition tools and strategies to meet the organization’s hiring needs
- Support the onboarding process for new hires including scheduling introductory meetings and preparing onboarding materials as needed
- Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track progress and effectiveness of recruiting efforts
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent acquisition and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with HR team members and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Foster positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners, such as recruitment agencies
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process
- Stay current on recruitment trends and best practices to enhance the organization’s talent acquisition efforts
Education and Skills Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience and a degree in Human Resources or a related field; or equivalent experience in talent acquisition
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Greenhouse strongly preferred
- Experience with HR Information Systems; ADP Workforce Now (WFN) strongly preferred
- Exceptional Microsoft Outlook calendar management skills
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
- Skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
- Knowledge of basic employment law and ethics of recruitment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptable and open to learning new systems and processes
