Product Manager (MSP / MSSP Services)

Build What We Sell. Scale What We Deliver. Define What’s Next.

At DYOPATH, our services are our product — and how we define, package, and deliver them is what sets us apart. We’re focused on creating scalable, repeatable, and high-impact MSP and MSSP offerings that drive value for our clients and growth for our business.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to own the lifecycle of our service portfolio, shaping what we sell, how we deliver, and how we continuously improve. This role is ideal for someone who can translate complex technical services into clear, structured, and market-ready offerings.

Role Details

  • Location: Remote (US)
  • Schedule: 1st Shift (8a-5p CST)
  • Pay Rate:  $130,000 (annually)

Why This Role Is Different

This isn’t traditional product management — you will:

  • Define and standardize services, not just features
  • Ensure alignment across Sales, Delivery, Support, and Marketing
  • Build scalable service offerings that are profitable and repeatable
  • Translate technical complexity into clear, sellable solutions
  • Drive AI-enabled service innovation and operational efficiency
  • Directly impact revenue through service design and positioning

What the Product Manager Owns

Service Lifecycle & Product Strategy

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of MSP and MSSP services from definition through optimization
  • Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and Target Customer Profiles (TCPs)
  • Segment offerings by customer size, vertical, and business unit
  • Ensure alignment between what is marketed, sold, delivered, and supported

Service Catalog & Documentation

  • Maintain a normalized product and service catalog
  • Own all supporting documentation, including internal and client-facing materials
  • Establish governance for documentation standards, templates, and approvals
  • Ensure consistency across all functions (Sales, Delivery, Support, Finance, Marketing)

Pricing & Service Economics

  • Develop and maintain cost models, pricing structures, and MSRP
  • Continuously refine unit economics (ticket costs, delivery costs, infrastructure support)
  • Ensure services are scalable, profitable, and standardized

Cross-Functional Enablement

  • Partner with Delivery, Security Operations, and Implementation teams to define required roles, skills, and certifications
  • Align product needs with training and enablement programs
  • Train internal teams across Sales, Delivery, and Support
  • Act as a translator between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and drive AI-enabled delivery strategies across services
  • Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and scalability
  • Establish guardrails to prevent over-customization
  • Create feedback loops across Sales, clients, and internal teams

Go-To-Market & Alignment

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure accurate positioning and collateral
  • Support service adoption, expansion, and retention through clear value articulation
  • Align offerings with market demand and evolving client needs

Governance & Reporting

  • Build and communicate product roadmaps and release cycles
  • Ensure alignment with compliance requirements, SLAs, and contractual obligations
  • Maintain accountability across cross-functional stakeholders

What Great Looks Like in This Role

You’ll stand out if you:

  • Think in terms of scalable services, not one-off solutions
  • Balance standardization with flexibility for client needs
  • Translate technical services into clear business value
  • Drive alignment across multiple teams without direct authority
  • Focus on profitability, repeatability, and operational efficiency
  • Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences

What You’ll Do in Your First 90 Days

  • Assess current service catalog, documentation, and alignment gaps
  • Define or refine ICPs and service segmentation strategy
  • Identify opportunities for standardization and improved unit economics
  • Establish governance for documentation and service updates
  • Strengthen alignment across Sales, Delivery, and Support

What You Bring

Required

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience in technical services (MSP, MSSP, or similar)
  • Proven success productizing complex service offerings (not just software)

  • Ability to create clear, precise documentation and client-facing materials
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, and Operations teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred

  • Broad technical fluency across MSP/MSSP domains (infrastructure, cloud, security)
  • Experience in service-based or subscription business models

  • AIPMM Certified Product Manager (CPM)
  • Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
  • SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)

Key Skills for Success

  • Service design, standardization, and lifecycle management
  • Strong documentation and process development
  • Pricing strategy and cost modeling
  • Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment
  • Analytical thinking with focus on scalability and efficiency
  • Strong organization and attention to detail

Why DYOPATH?

  • You’ll define the services that drive our business
  • Your work directly impacts revenue, scalability, and growth
  • You’ll shape how technical services are packaged and delivered
  • You’ll collaborate across teams to build high-impact solutions

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
