Desktop Support Analyst II Overview
Location: On-site (Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, Mexico)
Schedule: 1st Shift (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM), Monday through Friday, with willingness to provide weekend/holiday coverage
Pay Rate: 24,000 MXN (monthly)
Transportation: Access to client-provided transportation routes
Your Mission as a Desktop Support Analyst II
Support factory floor PCs and end users throughout the manufacturing environment, including troubleshooting hardware, software, peripherals, and robotic systems used on the production line.
Monitor general support queues and big screen tracking systems to identify, prioritize, and respond to issues in real time.
Install, maintain, and repair computers, servers, peripherals, and related IT equipment.
Provide technical support for software applications, databases, and client service platforms.
Interface with third-party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and service disruptions.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and service outages in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure software license compliance across supported environments.
Maintain accurate inventory records and safeguard the physical security of IT assets.
Perform work in field environments, including bending, kneeling, and climbing as required.
Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with technical software.
Hands-on break-fix and hardware troubleshooting expertise.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
Availability: Occasional after-hours support for incidents or escalations

Executive Advisory & Client Engagement
Lead strategic client engagements from discovery through solution development and transition to delivery.

Understand investment objectives, growth strategies, operational challenges, technology risks, and value creation priorities.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations and executive-level insights.

Private Equity & M&A Advisory
Support technology due diligence and risk assessment initiatives.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Seven or more years of client-facing experience in technology consulting, managed services, cybersecurity, IT outsourcing, digital transformation, solutions architecture, presales, strategic sales, or related fields.
Experience leading complex pursuits, executive presentations, and strategic client engagements.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to connect technology investments to business outcomes.
Preferred Senior Solutions Architect, Private Equity & M&A Qualifications
Experience supporting private equity firms, operating partners, investment teams, or portfolio companies.
Experience with technology due diligence, M&A integration, carve-outs, or separation initiatives.
Experience within an MSP, MSSP, consulting firm, technology advisory practice, or IT services organization.
Knowledge of value creation planning, operational improvement initiatives, or technology transformation programs.
ITIL, cloud, cybersecurity, project management, or related certifications.
