Role Overview
Location: Remote (Mexico)
Schedule: 1st Shift (8a-5p CST); Monday through Friday
Pay Rate: 25,000 MXN (monthly)
Your Mission as an Application Support Analyst II
Provide advanced technical support for software applications used by the organization.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues, including user errors, system bugs, and data discrepancies.
Perform root cause analysis and work with development teams or vendors to resolve software issues.
Participate in software testing and quality assurance activities as needed.
Develop and maintain technical documentation related to applications and support processes.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance application support and user satisfaction.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of supported applications and relevant industry trends.
Provide training and guidance to end‑users as needed.
Log, track, and manage issues using the organization’s ITSM ticketing system.
What You Bring to the Team
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required.
ITIL Foundation certification required.
Experience & Skills
3–5 years of experience in technical or application support.
Advanced experience in SharePoint management & administration.
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
Familiarity with SQL and basic database concepts.
Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or BMC Helix.
Knowledge of software testing and quality assurance practices.
Ability to work independently while effectively managing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Role Overview
Location: Hybrid; Residency in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area required.
Schedule: 1st Shift (8a-5p CST); Monday through Friday. Must be available after-hours for urgent security escalations.
Compensation: $120,000-$150,000k (annually)
Your Mission as a Virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO):
As a vCISO, you will serve as a trusted advisor to client organizations, leading the development and execution of cybersecurity strategies tailored to their business objectives. You’ll provide governance, direct incident response, optimize security architecture, and strengthen enterprise resilience through a risk‑driven, business‑aligned approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the creation, refinement, and execution of incident response plans, including investigations and breach remediation.
Develop and oversee holistic security strategies, policies, and governance frameworks.
Evaluate and mitigate risks to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical systems and data.
Build security programs that align with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and organizational goals.
Deliver executive‑level guidance and communicate complex security concepts in business terms.
Drive security awareness programs that promote a culture of proactive risk management.
Manage third‑party vendor risk and ensure secure supply‑chain operations.
Present regular updates to senior leadership regarding risk, incidents, and overall security posture.
Partner with IT, architecture, and business leaders to integrate security into enterprise design and operations.
Monitor emerging threats, technologies, and regulatory requirements to continuously refine security strategy.
What You Bring:
Education & Experience
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree in related field (preferred).
10+ years of progressive experience in Information Security or IT
Minimum 5 years in a cybersecurity leadership or executive‑level role
Proven success guiding organizational security strategy or leading security programs
Certifications (Preferred)
CISSP, CISM, CISA or equivalent senior‑level security credentials
Knowledge, Skills & Leadership Attributes
Deep understanding of risk management, compliance, security frameworks, and incident response
Ability to build long‑term, executive‑level security roadmaps aligned with organizational strategy
Exceptional problem‑solving, strategic analysis, and situational judgment
Demonstrated leadership influencing cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders
Outstanding communication skills—able to articulate complex technical issues to non‑technical audiences
High adaptability, resilience, and composure in dynamic threat environments
Flexibility to support urgent security escalations when needed
