POSITION SUMMARY

As a Senior Product Manager for CoreUX, you'll help bring our mission to life—reinventing the financial system and helping our community members achieve a better financial position. You will be responsible for shaping the experience every EarnIn member has with the app — from the home screen they land on to the design system and platform performance underneath it. You'll help carry CoreUX's shift from a team that supported other product lines to the team accountable for EarnIn's end-to-end app experience, using everything in your product toolkit to architect the product strategy, continually discover new insights, and drive execution. The Mountain View base salary range for this full-time position is $229,000-$280,000, plus equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This is a hybrid position in Mountain View that requires in-office work 2 days a week.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own the home screen and core navigation experience, moving it from a static, rule-based surface to one that's ML-orchestrated — showing each member the right next step, whether that's their first Cash Out, a product they haven't discovered yet, or a fix for something broken
  • Create tight feedback loops with our community members and a deep understanding of product issues and the path to resolution across every shared surface CoreUX owns
  • Communicate the product vision, roadmap, and results for CoreUX's app experience, design system, and platform work to your product team, stakeholders, and executive team
  • Define OKRs and set stretch goals for your product and team, in service of company-wide goals like wage access activation and design system adoption
  • Raise the bar for design quality and user experience for our members — partnering closely with Design to enforce and evolve EarnIn's design system across every surface
  • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, researchers, and data analysts to build and scale the surfaces — home screen, navigation, discovery — that shape how members experience EarnIn as a whole
  • Establish, monitor, and analyze metrics — activation, design system adoption, trust rating, platform performance — to track progress toward product goals
  • Leverage user research, competitive analysis, and data to identify and prioritize new opportunities for cross-surface governance and member experience
  • Champion CoreUX's shift to AI-native operations — building the automated tooling and agents that help us design, build, and catch issues faster — and use AI tools yourself to move faster from insight to spec to shipped experiment
  • Design, develop, and execute features and experiments to iterate your way to the product's success rapidly, partnering with engineering on mobile and web platform delivery

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 4+ years of product management at a consumer technology product company
  • Strong product/design sense developed by shipping delightful and innovative products — you care as much about consistency and craft as you do about growth metrics
  • Strong analytical skills in leveraging data to drive product decisions and improve key metrics
  • Ability to engage in technical discussions and make informed product decisions based on technical constraints, especially around platform performance and design system architecture
  • Deep user empathy and experience building products based on user needs
  • Can confidently create a rapid experimentation culture to accelerate learning and iteration
  • Ability to influence and build alignment across the team — and across other product teams building on shared surfaces — to deliver against goals successfully
  • Ability to think outside the box to solve complex problems with creative and radical ideas
  • Fluent with AI tools in your own workflow — using them to accelerate research synthesis, spec writing, prototyping, and data analysis — and excited to build products that get smarter through AI, not just faster to ship

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
