Community Coordinator

Role and Responsibilities

As a Community Coordinator your role will cover a wide range of responsibilities, including: 

  • Basic social media account management of platforms such as X, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Communicate with players through on-site chats and direct messages.
  • Assist with customer support team queries on social platforms.
  • Engage customers with creative social content, be that written or visual, when required.
  • Develop and support both existing and new competitions or bonus initiatives that resonate with community interests.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate insights.

Qualifications Essential qualifications

  • Background in marketing, either through a university degree or relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and tools. 
  • Bi-lingual skills are an advantage.
  • Experience in the gaming, sports, or the entertainment industry.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
