Your role with us:
The Learning and Development Coordinator will be an all-rounder who is responsible for assisting the Learning team’s operations. On a daily basis you will learn best practices on Training Coordination and Facilitation, LMS Management, Content and Administration Support as well as daily reporting.

What you will do:

Training Coordination 

  • Organising and scheduling training sessions (mostly in-person workshops and at times virtual). 
  • Keeping the training calendar up to date. 
  • Booking training rooms and ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are prepared. 
  • Liaising with internal teams and external vendors to confirm training logistics. 

LMS Management

  • Maintaining and updating the LMS, ensuring all content is accurate and current. 
  • Uploading new learning materials.
  • Troubleshooting any LMS-related issues. 
  • Managing user accounts and details, and assigning course licenses. 
  • Sending training invitations via the LMS. 

Reporting

  • Generating training reports for the learning team to track participation and engagement. 
  • Keeping track of learner enrollments, and course completions. 

Content and Admin Support

  • On an ad-hoc basis assist with creating and/or editing learning materials. 
  • Keeping an eye on when compliance training needs reviewing to check for updates. 
  • Creating and assigning assessments for courses. 
  • Creating and sending surveys for course/training feedback. 
  • Keeping the team’s content log up to date. 
  • Assisting with file management. 

Learning Newsletter

  • Help craft and send the monthly learning newsletter.  

Opportunity to help with Facilitation Assistance

  • Supporting the facilitator during training sessions, including managing breakout rooms or group activities. 

What you will bring:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in Learning & Development.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills. 
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) e.g. Learn Amp or similar. 
  • Familiarity with e-learning tools and software (Slack Block Kit Builder, Articulate 360, Canva). 
  • Excellent attention to detail skills. 
  • Proven experience with reporting and data including being proficient in Excel (i.e. being able to conduct V Lookups, and Pivot tables). 
  • High communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills. 
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
